Questions and answers

Which operating systems do you support?

Linux and Unix systems — the major Linux distributions and BSD/Unix variants. We image, provision and maintain those across your fleet.

Do you deploy Windows?

No. We deliberately focus on Linux and Unix and do that one thing well, rather than spreading thin across every platform.

Cloud or on-prem?

Both. We deploy into your cloud account or onto your own hardware using the same images and the same process, so you can choose — or mix — where things run.

What fleet sizes do you handle?

From a handful of machines in a single office to multi-site fleets across several locations. The approach — standardized, reproducible builds — scales the same either way.

How does a project work?

We scope your systems and goals, build and test a golden image, roll it out (staged, over the network where possible), and then keep the fleet patched and documented. Tell us what you're working with and we'll outline it.

On-site or remote?

Mostly remote — provisioning and rollouts happen over the network. We come on-site when the work genuinely needs hands on hardware.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance?

Yes. We keep systems current with security patches, ensure they're backed up and recoverable, and stay available when something needs attention.
